The inverter driver board is the signal amplifier board which mainly integrates the driving IGBT circuit, and the role of the driver circuit is to take the six PWM signals from the CPU main board, after isolation and amplification by the optocoupler, to control the IGBT module to complete the inverter function, which contains the isolation circuit, amplification circuit and the driving power circuit. If there is a problem with the driver circuit, it is generally due to poor on-off performance of a certain road, or burning of the optocoupler, resistive capacitor or other devices, or the voltage of the driver power supply is not normal, which will cause problems with the on-off of the IGBT, thus causing an imbalance in the three-phase voltage output, as long as the IGBT module is fried, or the three-phase is unbalanced, or over-current or other problems. If the IGBT module is blown, or if there is a three-phase imbalance, or if there is an over-current problem, the driver board should be checked and repaired.

Network processor devices typically consist of several microcode processors and several hardware co-processors inside the network processor, with multiple microcode processors processing in parallel inside the network processor to control the processing flow via pre-programmed microcode. The network processor can be programmed to support custom algorithms. The processors are optimised to perform a variety of functions in a network device
