The IC693CPU351 is a Series 90-30 component that is manufactured by GE Fanuc. This is a single-slot modular CPU. It is installed with an 80386EX processor with 25MHz clock speed and maximum user program memory of 240Kbytes. It supports 2048 Discrete Inputs, 2048 Discrete outputs, 32,640 (max) Analog input Words and 32640 Analog output Words (max). It has Three (3) serial ports supporting SNP / SNP-X slave protocols on power supply connector, RTU slave and SNP / SPNX master slave of serial ports 1 and 2. This processor has typical scan rate of 0.3 milliseconds per 1K of Boolean logic.

The GE Fanuc IC693CPU351 CPU is a modular CPU module. The IC693CPU351 CPU is developed for use in Series 90-30 programmable logic controller (PLC) systems. The clock speed of the CPU is 25 Megahertz. The processor type is an 80386EX processor. The IC693CPU351 CPU is part of the GE350 to 364 CPU series which were developed to meet needs of customers that required faster processing speed, increased memory size. The IC693CPU351 CPU is supported by the Logicmaster 90- 30, microprogramming and configuration software that is release version 6.0 and later and the control programming and configuration software that is release version 2.0 and later. The user memory on the IC693CPU351 CPU is 240 KB (supported by the CPU firmware that is release 9.0 and later). For firmware prior to release 9.0, the CPU module memory size is 80 KB.

The IC693CPU351 CPU does not support an embedded Ethernet port but there are 3 built-in serial ports on the CPU module. Optional communications modules available for the IC693CPU351 CPU include the Profibus, GBC, Ethernet, GCM and GCM+ modules. Floating-point math functions are supported by the IC693CPU351 CPU. A key switch is also provided on the IC693CPU351 CPU. A sequential event recorder is also available on the module. The internal coils on the module are rated at 4096 bits and the output (temporary) coils are rated at 256 bits.
