The IS200TRPLH1A is populated by two large terminal strips with a total of 48 connector points. It also has three d-shell connectors, MOV (metal oxide varistors) diodes, resistors, transistors, integrated circuits, wire jumpers, and nine magnetic relays. The relays on this board are in three voting circuits that interface with three trip solenoids. The solenoids use two out of three contact voting, and trip circuits include solenoid suppression and voltage monitoring.
The model also works in conjunction with a TREL board to provide emergency/primary interfaces to the ETDs. The TRPL board provides the negative side of the 125 VDC to the trip solenoids while the TREL offers the positive side. Together the TREL and TRPL board can connect up to three solenoids.
