Model IS210DTCIH1AA is retailed as a DIN-Rail Mounted Contact Input Terminal Board. The DTCI board can be used with either a VCCC or VCRC board, these two boards operate as Discrete I/O boards. During operation, the VCCC/VCRC boards provide forty-eight digital inputs and twenty-four digital outputs, the DTCI board is just one of the boards used to divide the forty-eight inputs, other boards that can be used with the DTCI to divide the inputs are the TICI and TBCI boards. There is a nominal excitation used with this model of twenty-four volts of direct current.
As mentioned above the IS210DTCIH1AA model will be used with the VCCC/VCRC to connect these two models a sub-D pin connector will be used the sub-D pin connector is comprised of thirty-seven pins.
