The GE IGBT P3 Snubber Board DS200IPCDG1A features one 4-pin connector and seven screws for adjusting the insulated bipolar transistor (IGBT). The screws are adjusted by use of a screwdriver. The adjustment screws are identified as C2E-1-A, C2E1-B C2E-2-A, C2E-2-B, C1-A, and C1-B. However, care must be taken when you plan to make the adjustment with a screwdriver. Because of the voltage present in the drive and on the board, you must make sure power is removed from the drive before you make adjustments. Make sure you have a clear view of the board in the drive so that you can follow the path of the screwdriver and keep from hitting any of the sensitive equipment in the drive. Use one hand to hold the screwdriver and use the other hand to guide it into the adjustment screw. Turn the screwdriver to make the adjustments. If you plan to adjust multiple screws, use two hands to guide the screwdriver. When you have completed the task, you can start the drive and close the board cabinet door.
