136188-02 Communication gateway module
The 136188-02 provides a wide range of communication capabilities, including Ethernet TCP/IP and serial (RS232/RS422/RS485) communication capabilities for communicating with process control and integrated value and status other automation systems. It supports the Modicon Modbus protocol (via serial communication), the Modbus/TCP protocol (a variant of serial Modbus), and the Bentley Nevada protocol. The module also allows the integration of Ethernet communication configuration software and data acquisition software with 3500 racks.
The 136188-02 module may also have additional capabilities such as data conversion, data filtering, device configuration and management, depending on its design and application scenario.
