3500/22M 288055-01 Eddy current sensor module
The BENTLY 3500/22M 288055-01 is an eddy current sensor module produced by Bently Nevada (now part of GE Detection & Measurement). This sensor module is mainly used for vibration monitoring and health monitoring of industrial machinery and equipment, especially in wind turbines, steam turbines, compressors and other rotating equipment.
The sensor module has the following features and functions:
Non-contact measurement: Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, the vibration and displacement of rotating parts are monitored by measuring the change in clearance between them and the object under test, so that no physical contact is required between them and the object under test.
Wide measuring range: The sensor has a wide measuring range and can accommodate rotating parts of different sizes and speeds.
Vibration monitoring: The ability to monitor the vibration level of mechanical equipment, including vibration speed, acceleration and displacement parameters.
Health monitoring: By monitoring vibration data, it is possible to assess the health of machinery and equipment and detect whether there are abnormal vibrations or signs of failure.
Real-time monitoring: can monitor the vibration of mechanical equipment in real time, and timely alarm or alarm signals, in order to take preventive measures in time.
Multiple vibration analysis functions, such as spectrum analysis, trend analysis, and fault diagnosis, help users fully understand the operating status and potential problems of the equipment.
Durability: With a durable design and structure, it is suitable for long-term stable operation under harsh industrial environmental conditions.
