IS200EACFG1A Exciter AC Feedback Board (EACF)
The IS200EACFG1A is an exciter AC feedback board (EACF) for EX2100 excitation systems. Its main function is to measure the exciter PPT AC power supply voltage and current in EX2100 excitation control.
Specifically, the IS200EACFG1A includes a three-phase voltage measuring transformer as well as terminals for two flux/hollow coils. The output of the voltage and current circuits is fanned out across the three DB9 connections for connection to the M1, M2 and C controllers. In addition, the board provides high-frequency noise reduction to reduce noise in the flux/hollow core input signal.
In practice, the IS200EACFG1A board is installed in the exciter auxiliary cabinet and can be connected to the EBKP backplane by a cable up to 90 meters long. It is available in three different versions to suit different input voltage requirements: EACFG1 (for 480 Vrms inputs), EACFG2 (for 1000 Vrms inputs), and EACFG3 (for 1300 Vrms inputs).
