IS200VCRCH1B Contact input/relay output board

The GE IS200VCRCH1B is a contact input/relay output board manufactured by General Electric. Part of the Mark VI family used in gas turbine control systems, it is a powerful contact input/relay output board for signal acquisition and control functions in industrial automation systems.

It mainly has the following functions:

Contact input/relay output function: The IS200VCRCH1B accepts 48 discrete inputs and manages 24 relay outputs from a total of four terminal boards through its included subboards.
High-speed scanning and recording: For inputs that monitor key turbine variables, the board is capable of high-speed scanning and recording at 1 millisecond per second.
Connection function: Two sets of J3/J4 connections are provided in the rack for connection to TBCI (contact input terminal board) and TRLY (relay output terminal board).
Anti-interference ability: In the industrial field, there are frequency conversion control equipment, high-power electromagnetic starting equipment, GPS high frequency signal wireless transceiver and other systems with EMC interference sources, IS200VCRCH1B can effectively deal with these interference to ensure signal stability and reliability.
In addition, the IS200VCRCH1B is a single-slot board that has the same features as the VCCC board, but does not include a subboard, so it takes up less rack space. At the same time, the panel also contains three LED components to display the working status of the board.
