ABB DI840 Digital input module

ABB DI840 is a digital input module designed to connect intrinsically safe field signals, amplify and electrically isolate these signals in each S900 function module, and then output them via the internal serial bus.
In supervisory process control systems, DCS or SCADA systems, ABB DI840 interfaces with I/O via indigenous fieldbus communication technology. Its communication interface adopts the standard PROFIBUSDPV1 fieldbus protocol.
In addition, ABB DI840, as one of the core components of ABB’s DCS products, has a wide range of applications and mature solutions.
