VM600 MPC4 Series 200-510-071-113 200-510-111-034 Mechanical Protection modules are high quality, high reliability mechanical protection cards for VM600 rack-based mechanical monitoring systems with SIL 2 approval.
Its functions are as follows:
Four dynamic channels and two tachometer (speed) channels are available, all of which can be configured independently;
There are 2 processing outputs per dynamic channel, 1 processing output per dual channel (2 per MPC4), and 1 processing output per tachometer channel;
Highly configurable boards support all measurements required for mechanical protection applications, such as relative and/or vibration;
Highly integrated card pair (with IOC4T) includes sensor power supply, buffer output, DC output, relay and serial communication interface;
Designed for operation using VM600 MPSx software.
