3500/22M 138607-02 Transient Data Interface (TDI) module
The 3500/22M 138607-02 is a transient Data interface (TDI) module developed by Bently Nevada as a key device for monitoring and protecting rotating machinery such as turbines, generators, etc. The module is part of the 3500 monitoring system with high-speed data acquisition, processing and transmission capabilities to capture transient events such as vibration, shock and imbalance during mechanical operation.
In the 3500 rack, the TDI is located in a slot next to the power supply and interacts with the M-Series monitor (e.g. 3500/40M, 3500/42M, etc.) to continuously collect steady-state and transient dynamic (waveform) data and transmit this data to the host software over an Ethernet link. In addition, it can be used in combination with 3500/20 rack interface modules (RIM) and communication processors such as TDXnet for data acquisition and transmission.
Transient data interface module plays an important role in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotating machinery, which can help users find potential problems in time and improve the reliability and safety of equipment.
