CC-TUI041 Universal temperature input module
The Honeywell CC-TUI041 is a universal temperature input module for converting signals from thermocouples, RTDS and other temperature sensors into standard industrial current or voltage signals. The module can be used in various industrial control applications, such as process control and HVAC systems. In addition, it also has the characteristics of high precision, temperature accuracy of ±1%fs, humidity accuracy of ±3%rh.
CC-TUI041 is mainly used in the following aspects:
Industrial control: The module can convert signals from temperature sensors such as thermocouples and RTDS into standard industrial current or voltage signals for various industrial control applications, such as controlling the temperature of process equipment such as industrial furnaces and steam generators.
Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning System (HVAC) : CC-TUI041 is used to control the temperature of the HVAC system to ensure that the system operates within the set temperature range.
In the energy industry, CC-TUI041 can be used to monitor and control key parameters in the production, transmission and distribution of oil, gas and electricity.
Other industrial sectors: including oil and gas, chemical industry, power industry, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, etc.
In addition, the CC-TUI041 is described as a universal temperature and humidity transmitter for HVAC, refrigeration and industrial process control with a 4-20mA output signal that can be configured for use with two – or three-wire systems.
