IS200ERDDH1A Exciter regulator dynamic discharge board
The IS200ERDDH1A is a General Electric (GE) exciter regulator dynamic discharge board that is part of the EX2100 family. This board is mainly used to control the dynamic discharge process of the exciter to regulate and stabilize the output voltage and current of the generator set.
The IS200ERDDH1A has two operating modes: simplex mode and redundancy mode. In simplex mode, the board controls K3 charging relay; In redundant mode, it will control the K41 field out relay. In the two modes, the installation location and functional configuration of the board will be different.
In addition to the dynamic discharge control function, the IS200ERDDH1A also has some other important functions. For example, it can provide feedback from the bridge to observe the output field and DC link voltage. At the same time, it also allows users to observe key parameters such as output shunt current, IGBT gate drive state and bridge temperature. These features enable engineers and technicians to better monitor and manage the operating status of the generator set.
In addition, the IS200ERDDH1A also has the characteristics of easy maintenance and simple operation. Its modular design allows individual components to be replaced and serviced separately, greatly reducing maintenance costs and time. At the same time, the board also has intuitive operation interface and easy to understand the indicator light, so that users can easily check the working status of the board and troubleshooting.
