IS200VCRCH1B Modular power supply board
The IS200VCRCH1B is a modular power supply board manufactured by General Electric (GE) for a variety of applications, including motor drive, power control and power conversion.
The following are some detailed features and functions of the IS200VCRCH1B:
High voltage and high current design: This module is designed to handle high voltage and high current to provide high power output.
Discrete output channels: Has discrete output channels that allow the user to independently control the voltage and current of each channel.
Programmable configuration: The IS200VCRCH1B has the characteristics of programmable configuration, enabling users to perform flexible control and application according to actual needs.
Contact input/relay output: It accepts 48 discrete inputs and manages 24 relay outputs from a total of four terminal boards through the included subboards. For inputs that monitor key turbine variables, it can scan and record at high speeds of 1 millisecond per second.
Plug-in magnetic relays: There are 12 plug-in magnetic relays stored in the relay output TRLYH1B, and jumpers can be used to set up the first 6 relay circuits to drive the external solenoid or dry C-contact output.
Power options: For field solenoid power supplies, it can provide standard 125V DC or 115V AC power as well as optional 24V DC power with separate jumper optional fuses and on-board suppression.
Independent Type C contacts: The next five relays (7-11) have independent type C contacts that are not energized. Output 12 Uses isolated C-contacts for special applications such as ignition transformers.
The IS200VCRCH1B is part of the Mark VI gas/steam turbine management series and acts as a discrete input/output board for controlling 24 relay outputs and accepting 48 discrete inputs from four terminal boards. In addition, it can be installed into a VME I/O rack, which has two sets of plugs for connecting to the terminal board.
