Vibration monitoring: The IS200VVIBH1C is used as a vibration monitoring card and is capable of processing vibration probe signals from DVIB or TVIB terminal boards. These probes are connected directly to the terminal board, while up to 200 probes can be connected to a single circuit board.
Signal digitization: The board digitizes these vibration signals for subsequent analysis and processing.
Communication and transmission: Digitized vibration signals are sent to the controller via the VME bus for real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis.
Protection function: The vibration monitoring data provided by the IS200VVIBH1C can be used for a variety of protection functions, such as vibration, rotor eccentricity, differential expansion and rotor axial position monitoring. When these parameters exceed the preset safety thresholds, corresponding protection measures can be triggered to prevent device damage or accidents.
The Mark VI system was one of the steam and gas turbine management systems released by GE under the name Speedtronic in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. As one of the last systems to be released in this series, Mark VI is also one of the most advanced. It is built with TMR (Triple Redundant Modularity) architecture and runs PC-based HMI (Human Machine Interface) on the Windows platform. This HMI PC includes software specifically designed for turbine management, including fully programmable maintenance tools.
