IS2020RKPSG3A has a variety of functions, mainly covering the following aspects:
Regenerative filter control: The IS2020RKPSG3Acan be used as a controller for regenerative filters to help start process tasks and sequence multiple process tasks, such as the operation of regenerative filters or reactors.
Modular Controller: This is the first in Hardy Instruments’ new family of modular controllers for tank farm, batching/mixing, filling/dispensing, weight checking, weight level and force measurement applications. The controller supports Allen-Bradley remote I/O (RIO) network communication and can directly replace some specific weighing meters.
Power module: The IS2020RKPSG3Ais also used as a VME rack power module for GE Mark VI systems, with a rated output power of 400W and a rated input voltage of 125 Vdc. It is designed to be mounted on the right side of the VME control and interface rack and has a cooling component to prevent overheating.
Fault reset and User control: The IS2020RKPSG3Amodule has a toggle switch on the front panel, which is the only user control on the module. You can use this toggle switch to reset module faults, facilitating troubleshooting and module maintenance.
Connection and Output: The module has a status ID output, a remote +28VIS2020RKPSG3APSA output, and five additional +28V PSA outputs. These connections are located at the top and bottom of the device, making it easy to connect to external devices or systems.
