The IS220PDOAH1B is a high-performance mobile robot controller designed for smart forklifts. The controller is the first and only controller in the world to be certified for functional safety by SGS TUV SAAR, and its high level of integration, low secondary development and strong adaptability enable customers to build cars efficiently and at a low cost.

The IS220PDOAH1B has an integrated safety PLC inside, which means that it not only handles the control logic, but also ensures the safety of the system. In addition, the controller supports all kinds of forklift models and has CE, UL and other certifications, which perfectly matches the needs of customers in the European and American markets. At the same time, the choice of water injection/drainage function is achieved through the DIP switch, and this flexibility allows it to adapt to a variety of application scenarios.

In terms of input/output, the IS220PDOAH1B has multiple input and output ports, such as an adjustable range of input sensitivity of 3.5-50K, and an output of 8A/250VAC. The power supply is 24VDC, and the LED indicator is provided for the user to monitor the working status. Its operating temperature range is 20-50 degrees, which means that it can work stably in most industrial environments.
