The National Instruments PXI-4351 (Part Number: 777790-01) is a High-Precision Digitizer. With this Digitizer, the user is able to take temperature measurements through thermistors, resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), ohm measurements using its integrated precision current sources, as well as current measurements utilizing external shunt resistors.

The National Instruments PXI-4351 can easily be used with a personal computer to make similar measurements possible with standard bench-top instruments like DMMs and data loggers. The 24-bit sigma-delta ADC it contains supports differential analog inputs. The NI PXI 4351 can be utilized for the measurement of resistance up to 15 kΩ, since it comes equipped with a built-in 1 mA precision current source. For monitoring TTL-level inputs, this Digitizer has programmable TTL-compatible digital I/O.

The NI PXI-4351 is Plug and Play compatible and fully software-calibrated. Since this model is compatible with a broad range of operating systems, the PXI-4351 allows the user to develop scalable applications across a variety of platforms. As far as its input characteristics are concerned, this model offers 14 thermocouple or 16 differential channels and its ADC resolution is 24 bits.

Classification of printed circuit boards

1. Single-sided
In the most basic PCB, the parts are concentrated on one side and the wires are concentrated on the other side. Because the wires only appear in one side, so this PCB is called single-sided (Single-sided). Because single-sided has many strict restrictions on the design of the circuit (because there is only one side, the wiring cannot cross over and must be routed around a separate path), so only the early circuits used this type of board.

2. Double-sided boards
This type of board has wiring on both sides, but in order to use the wires on both sides, there must be a proper circuit connection between the two sides. The “bridge” between such circuits is called a via. A via is a small hole in the PCB, filled or coated with metal, which can be connected to the wires on both sides.
3, multilayer boards
In order to increase the area that can be wired, multilayer boards use more single or double-sided wiring board.
With a double-sided as the inner layer, two single-sided as the outer layer or two double-sided as the inner layer, two single-sided as the outer layer of the printed circuit board, through the positioning system and insulation bonding material alternately together and conductive graphics according to the design requirements of the interconnection of the printed circuit board will become a four-layer, six-layer printed circuit board, also known as multilayer printed circuit board.
