Thyristor modules, also known as power semiconductor modules, are commonly used in the field of power electronics technology. It is a high-power semiconductor device with a modular package and a four-layer structure of three PN junctions.
From the internal package chip, thyristor module can be divided into two categories: controllable module and rectifier module. It is mainly used for controllable rectification, inverter, voltage regulation, contactless switch, etc., and RCV rotary controller supporting the use of adjustable three-phase electric speed, widely used in all kinds of mechanical equipment using motor speed regulation.
