The SPHSS13 hydraulic servo module is a system component that controls mechanical motion through hydraulic pressure. Its working principle is to use the hydraulic device to convert the fluid pressure into force or movement, and to achieve the control and movement of the mechanical parts by transferring the fluid pressure.
Specifically, hydraulic servo modules are often used to control the speed and position of turbines or other equipment. It integrates a servo valve or servo motor with a controller for precise speed and position control. When the control valve is opened, the liquid flows out of the hydraulic pump and is transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder through the pipeline. After the hydraulic cylinder receives the pressure, the piston pushes forward to generate force or movement. On the contrary, when the control valve is closed, the liquid stops flowing and the piston of the hydraulic cylinder stops moving.
