Bently 3500/42M Proximitor Seismic Monitor
The 3500/42M Proximitor Seismic Monitor is a four-channel monitor that accepts input from proximity and seismic
transducers. It conditions the signal to provide vibration and position measurements and compares the conditioned
signals with user-programmable alarms.
The 3500/42M Proximitor Seismic Monitor:
Protects machinery by continuously comparing monitored parameters against configured alarm setpoints to drive alarms.
Communicates essential machine information to both operations and maintenance personnel.
The vibration monitoring and protection instrument is a high performance dual channel vibration intelligent monitoring instrument, which can continuously monitor and measure the shaft shingle vibration (vibration) and shaft vibration (relative vibration) of all kinds of large rotating machinery. The instrument has an LCD display panel and can be equipped with an SD card as a data storage device.
The instrument is an intelligent instrument that can be used in conjunction with a vibration speed sensor or eddy current sensor to continuously monitor and measure the shaft shimmer vibration and shaft vibration of various types of large rotating machinery, and it is available in two types of mounting options: plate mounted and wall mounted.
Product functions:
1、Display function: there are three channels to display the online speed measurement value of the unit at the same time.
2、Alarm function: alarm and overspeed are indicated by LEDs respectively.
3、With power-on and power-off detection function, the alarm output circuit is cut off at the same time to effectively suppress the false alarm of the instrument.
4, each channel speed can be set to insure or cut out state, in the cut out state, the road speed signal does not participate in the voting output, note that in operation can not cut out two road speed signal at the same time. The device adopts modular structure, the number of channels can be freely combined.
5、With a high degree of intelligence, parameter setting to achieve full board operation.
6、Suitable for long-term online monitoring, easy and simple installation and commissioning, no need for on-site maintenance.
7, each module has 4 ~ 20mA current analog output, secondary alarm switch output.
